Long jump

Javelin throw
It is a track and field competition in which a javelin or projectile must be hurled a certain distance. Generally, men’s spears are 2.6 to 2.7 meters long, while women’s are 2.2 to 2.3 meters long. The javelin handle is approximately 150 millimeters broad. The distance of the thrown javelin from the starting position determines the winner.
